At Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management we offer many programs that meet the needs of individuals that are planning to join or are already in the Hospitality industry. 

We offer the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BS) program which is a 3 year program focusing on the Operations and management aspect of the Hospitality industry.  

The aim of the Bachelor of Science program is not to train cooks or waiters but to give basic knowledge to the students. Understanding the operational departments is crucial to work in the administration and to acquire the capacity of decision-making. The students also have to understand the persons working on the lower hierarchical levels. The instructors will focus on the understanding of the production, service and rooms/accommodation processes.

That is why, this philosophy aims to develop the student’s know-how in management and decision-making, which are the essential skills needed by a manager. The instructors, thanks to their interactive and close to reality methods: diverse case studies, mini cases or exercises, practical applications, enterprise missions and conferences, allow the students to develop analysis capacities and future managers’ competencies. Hence, the faculty, by perpetuating its tradition, will contribute to the shining of Lebanon and will position it as a quality tourist destination.

We have the Master of Science in Hospitality Management (MSHM) program.  

The cutting-edge curriculum of the Master of Science program offers an excellent and contemporising education with a choice of concentrations.  It is designed for working professionals from a wide range of backgrounds who wish to advance or enhance their hospitality & tourism business careers with a flexible timing of schedule.

In addition to the core courses, the program includes three main concentrations; Operations & Revenue Management, Marketing Services & Entrepreneurship, Real Estate & Finance.

Finally, we have the Executive Master of Science in Hospitality Management (EMSHM) program.

Specially designed for those that do not have a BA or BS degree, the Executive Master of Science program offers a great opportunity to compliment your educational and professional life.  It offers an excellent choice of concentrations catering to ones specific needs.  It is designed for working professionals from a wide range of backgrounds offering a flexible timetable to fit a busy schedule.

In addition to having specific programs, we also offer Continuing Education which includes tailor made classes as well as tutorials.  Such courses and information is available upon request from the office of Academic Affairs.
